Court Officers Kill Gunman in Middletown City Court-NYLJ

Court officers fatally shot a man this morning who entered the vestibule outside Middletown City Court and opened fire with a 12-gauge pump shotgun. The man's name is being withheld; but he is known to Middletown law enforcement personnel.


Update:  Gunman identified as  43-year-old Timothy Mulqueen.
