Never before has a database of the per-property tax burdens of state homeowners been made available, and during this beta release, they will be adding features and improving the search experience.

The assessment and tax-rate data comes from two state agencies, the New York State Office of Real Property Services and the New York State Comptroller's Office, and may contain errors or inconsistencies.
