This is the christening post of the official blog of the New York State Bar Association Health Law Section.

The purpose of the blog is to provide an accessible format for the timely delivery and assessment of developments affecting the practice of Health Law Section Members.

Many thanks to the section members and NYSBA staff who have made this opportunity available.
