From a DOH press release October 2, 2008:
State Health Commissioner Richard F. Daines, M.D., today announced that he will appoint Val S. Gray as Chief Executive Officer of Helen Hayes Hospital in West Haverstraw. Mr. Gray has directed the Department of Health's Bureau of Health Facilities Management since 2005.
