Paterson Forms Health Reform "Cabinet"

Reported online yesterday at the The Business Review (Albany):

New York Gov. David Paterson has assembled a cabinet to guide the state’s compliance with all requirements of the recent federal health care overhaul.

Paterson announced the cabinet on Thursday. It includes 14 state agencies, and is led by Valerie Grey, the director of state operations.

The cabinet will begin work immediately, identifying which parts of the health care bill the state must comply with, and identifying changes that need to be made to state laws or regulations to enable the state to abide by the new law.
