Presented by the Committee on Women in the Profession and the Committee on Minorities in the Profession, in conjunction with the Association of Black Women Attorneys, the Metropolitan Black Bar Association and the Asian American Bar Association of New York, a panel of experienced business producers and in-house counsel will share best practices in this interactive discussion.

Compliance Position


We are seeking a compliance officer to manage a NYC company's compliance infrastructure for its Swap Execution Facility (SEF) business. The position is permanent full-time or part-time (TBD). The candidate should have compliance experience working for a major exchange or derivative trading firm or similar, and must have in-depth knowledge of SEC, FED and CFTC compliance regulations as related to SEF. Knowledge of Swap Trading, Credit Derivatives and Derivatives Execution is required. If interested, please e-mail a resume to me at the address below.
