Seeking In-House Transactional Attorney

Bliss Lawyers is pleased to announce a position for a corporate transactional attorney with data licensing experience to work in-house at a New York media company on a flexible basis. The position is 30 hours a week with the lawyer having the ability to ramp up if needed. The role is to cover a three-month maternity leave, but the position may be continuous if the engagement is successful. Interviews will begin as soon as appropriate candidates are identified. The target start date for this engagement will be October 21st.

Key Requirements Include:
* Data licensing experience
* General corporate transactional experience
* Flexibility to work a minimum of 30 hours per week with the ability to ramp up as needed
* Ability to work on a team and take on tasks as needed to support the group

Preferences include:
* Experience working in media with knowledge of licensing in the digital space
* Privacy and data protection experience
